“I came to NYC for a friends 25th birthday and we all four stayed in the same room (2 double beds). This is an extremely clean establishment and the front desk we’re nothing but helpful! The room was very put together and had enough space for all our bags and accessories. It’s only a block or two from Times Square and close to the subway. A must to stay! “

“NOT convenient to to historic area Hotel staff know NOTHING about the area Was mislead by Hampton hotels regarding the location of this hotel. Room was noisy, music coming at odd times of the night. Otherwise as one would expect for room cleanliness and breakfast was fine.”

“Been here several times and always enjoy location and nice rooms…However upon checking in was told they are under construction and I should expect quite a bit of construction noise. I had several calls I took from my room the next morning and found the noise very noticeable. Also, lobby is completely torn up… I may be back, but definitely not until construction is complete.”

“My brother in law has been hospitalized twice across the street from your hotel this past year. His wife and various family members/friends have spent countless nights at your hotel exhausted at times and pretty stressed with the burden of a sick loved one. Your service and care for us made everyone’s day a bit easier to face knowing a cozy, clean room was waiting when your shift was over. Thank you for your kind words and excellent cleaning service everyday of the stay and especially the extra care you gave my sister in law who just had to say goodbye to her husband to cancer. “This could be a great hotel. My husband and I are currently staying here on a weekend getaway. The mattress has big imprints of bodies but that’s the least of the disappointment. We’ve yet to feel like the staff cares much about guests at all. It’s a phenomenal location and coupled with great customer service, this hotel could be top notch. Getting info on breakfast and Marriott rewards perks has been like pulling teeth. Housekeeping staff doesn’t replace shampoo etc and is loud in the hallway. There are great amenities, like full local gym access, but we had to ask multiple staff to get that info. It shouldn’t be so much work to get basic info at a hotel.”
